20 Healthy Sheet Pan Fish Dinners

I love eating fish, but I hate cooking it. Frying fish in a pan just never works out for me. I always end up shredding the fish no matter how much oil or how careful I am. Though, fish is filled with all sorts of health benefits so still try to make it at least once every couple of months.

I checked in with a bunch of my blogging friends and they really came through for me. They gave me all of their go to sheet pan fish dinners to make cooking fish easier. I already have quite a few posts with amazing sheet pan recipes so feel free to check them out too.

Sheet Pan Fish Dinners

Using a sheet pan is one of the easiest ways to cook fish and helps to stop the fish from possibly falling apart in a pan. The less you mess with it the better the fish turns out.

I highly recommend using parchment paper when baking fish on a sheet pan. This will prevent the fish from sticking to the pan and falling apart when you go to move it to a plate. It’ll also clean up more easily too.

For family members who may not like fish most of these recipes can be adapted for a small chicken breast sub if needed. So let’s dive into these delicious and easy to prepare recipes.
