If you are like me and hate going to the gym or want at home comforts of working out than this list of affordable at home exercise equipment will help. I prefer working out in the comfort of my living room watching Netflix than at a smelly gym.

Listen moms, I know we are all very busy with our lives but it’s important that you take a little bit of time everyday to exercise. It’s fantastic self care that helps us to feel better both physically and mentally. I’ve put together some of the best affordable at home exercise equipment you can find.

You don’t need a lot of fancy equipment to be fit or to get some exercise in. A walk will do just fine. If you live in an area of intense heat, rain, or intense cold this may not always work out well for you.

This is why I’ve put together a list of some of my favorite at home exercise products. No gym membership, no leaving the house, and can easily be pulled out and used in your living room. The goal here is to get a bit active so you can release endorphins and help you stay happier.

I personally prefer yoga for my at home exercise. It helps me to relax, stretch, and my kid gets a kick out of it too. I understand not everyone is big on yoga so I’ve included equipment that is useful no matter what you do to stay in shape.

As with any exercise program or equipment make sure you check with your doctor to make sure it’s safe for you to exercise. I know you won’t actually do this, because not many people do, but I tell you to because it’s important.
