Smoothies are fantastic no matter what time of year. I personally love to drink smoothies as a meal for those super busy days. Today I’m sharing some of my favorite smoothie recipes.
I have done smoothies with both fresh and frozen fruits. Just make sure you have a really great blender like this one if you plan on making smoothies a lot.
Smoothies make great breakfasts, easy lunches, and even snacks with the kids. My toddler is a picky eater so the only way I can make sure he gets enough vegetables in his diet is to sneak them into a smoothie.
