RedditI used to be a season Grinch. I didn’t see a point in decorating for the holidays when I could simply just let my house be. Well, times have changed for me and now I cannot wait to decorate my house each season. That’s why today we are going through 13 super cute and easy pumpkin diy activities.
Maybe it was the fact that I’ve been mostly staying home in quarantine and just liked the idea of my home being festive. Or maybe I just finally reached that age where the small cute stuff in life just gives me joy. Either way we are decorating for the seasons now.
While I’m all for decorating for the seasons, I am not really all for spending loads of money on decorations. I love small easy to follow DIY’s that are inexpensive and fun to do with the kiddo. It keeps us both busy and happy.
Pumpkin DIY For Fall Decor
The nice thing about DIY Fall decor is you can easily create interesting decor that’s unique and without spending a large amount of money. At least if you already have the majority of the supplies in your house.
Being that I’m not a crafty person to begin with, I actually have very little supplies in my house to do most DIY seasonal crafts. However, that doesn’t stop me from checking them out, looking over them, and gaining a bit of motivation to try them out myself. Plus once I purchase the DIY tools, I have them to do more crafts.
That’s exactly what happened when I started looking for a few simple pumpkin diy craft projects this season to complete the Fall look in my home. While I won’t be posting any of my own crafts and craft ideas I can share some of the ones that inspired me to tap into DIY Fall decor this year.
Crochet Your Own Pumpkins
As a lover of hooking this craft immediately caught my eye on crafts I’d love to try out this fall. This pumpkin DIY is easy to follow and super cute.
Make A Pumpkin Out Of Sunflowers
My husband loves sunflowers. The bright yellows and oranges are sure to brighten up any room in your home. This pumpkin diy craft brings all those wonderful Fall colors into your home.

Save those extra mason jar lids, the ones that won’t seal right or are bent are perfect for creating a beautiful lighted pumpkin diy. This is a cute way to upcycle your lids.

Of course if you don’t can your own veggies and sauces, or crochet a lot there are still options for you. This is a handy little idea for those super toy like pumpkins you get at the dollar store.

Being stuck in the house and desperately needing a change in my scenery has made me a decorating mad woman. I’ve finally started the process of decorating my bedroom, finishing the living room, creating a coffee sitting room, and even organizing my kitchen.
