Ladies, I don’t know about you but the holidays are a pretty stressful time for me. Men, if you are reading this take some notes. The holidays are the absolute perfect time to treat yourself or your main squeeze to a spa day. So I’ve put together a list of must have spa day gifts for you to give to yourself or your significant other.

Winter can be brutal in the northern states. The wind and cold hurts your face. Even the wind feels like it cuts through you and chills your bones. Sometimes I get so cold the only way to warm up is with a hot bath or shower.

This doesn’t even mention what happens mentally as the days grow shorter and the sun hides behind grey clouds. I find that a couple hours pampering myself once every couple of weeks does a lot for lifting my mood and relieving stress.
